Key Responsibilities Manage multiple email inboxes, ensuring all correspondence is handled promptly and professionally. * Maintain and update the central and online diary systems, ensuring all appointments and amendments are recorded accurately. * Liaise with surveyors, estate agents, and clients to arrange appointments and coordinate schedules. * Prepare and send confirmation emails and documentation to clients. * Record all jobs accurately on the target board, ensuring all details are up to date at all times. * Upload and maintain accurate job information on the company database, including progress updates and necessary amendments. * Complete all administrative paperwork accurately and ensure all relevant documents are properly filed and updated. * Process card payments and raise invoices. * Set up, maintain, and organise company job files and records. * Manage remote typists’ workloads and availability. * Upload comparable property information onto the company database. * Ensure all surveyor site notes are received, recorded, and properly filed. * Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team member or taking accurate messages. * Support general office administration and assist with ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Requirements * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. * Confident telephone manner and customer service orientation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy. * Previous administrative experience preferred (property or surveying background desirable but not essential). * Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Morden, Surrey.
