The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their Furniture & Bedding division in Hungary, playing a vital role in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers through a strategic farming approach. The primary focus is on customer retention, portfolio optimization, and revenue growth within the current client base. Key responsibilities include developing and executing tailored account strategies, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, conducting regular business reviews, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The position also involves close collaboration with internal teams in pricing, operations, and product development to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience, strong account management capabilities, and an analytical, results-driven mindset. Fluency in Hungarian and English, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver's license are essential. Experience in the foam, industrial products, or furniture sectors is advantageous, as is knowledge of local market dynamics and customer needs.
