Void Supervisor – Watford Area Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Watford area, with travel to Bushey & Northwood Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £33,000 + Company Van About the Role Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your skills shape the homes of thousands? We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Void Supervisor to help deliver a major housing maintenance contract across the South of England. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day responsive repairs and void preparation, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll manage service partners and subcontractors, monitor performance, drive efficiencies, and ensure operational excellence. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, you’ll tackle challenges head-on, celebrate team success, and maintain seamless service delivery. What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Supervisor within Housing Repairs & Maintenance. Strong background in managing contractors and service partners. Sound understanding of Schedule of Rates, compliance, and contract management. Confident communicator with solid digital and people management skills.
