Commercial Plumber / Remedial Plumber - maintenance, reactive and small install/refit £34,000-£38,000 + Van + Benefits + Overtime REGION - Covering Inner M25 A growing Building Services Consultancy is looking to strengthen its South-East team by recruiting an experienced Commercial Plumber / Remedial Plumber to support a portfolio of offices, education, communal residential, health care contracts and retail locations in the Inner M25 area. Experience summary * Over 3+ years of experience operating as a Commercial Plumber / Remedial Plumber covering maintenance, reactive and small install/refit. * Hold Level 2 NVQ in plumbing as a minimum. * Full UK driving licence holder with flexibility to travel across the Inner M25 regions. * Knowledge of sampling and monitoring beneficial. The Commercial Plumber / Remedial Plumber will be responsible for a range of duties to include: * Carrying out remedial works including the removal of deadlegs, installation of sampling points, TMV servicing/replacements, pipe modifications, and repair or replacement of damaged pipes and taps. * Keeping site documentation up to date in accordance with project schedules. * Performing selected water hygiene duties such as mains disinfections, sampling and monitoring. * Providing clients with guidance for any additional work required.
