Personal Assistant (Female Client) – Acquired Brain Injury Support Location: Romford Hours: 37.50 hours per week, including some evenings/weekends Pay Rate: £15.23 per hour (depending on experience) Employer: CQC Regulated Provider About the Role We are looking for a reliable, compassionate Personal Assistant to support a female service user with an acquired brain injury. The role is about more than just practical help, it’s about building a positive relationship, encouraging independence, and supporting her to live a fulfilling life. Experience supporting service users with brain injuries is essential A full UK Drivers license is desirable (Requirement to drive a manual mobility vehicle) Key Responsibilities * Provide personal care (as required) with dignity and respect * Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and household routines * Offer companionship and emotional reassurance * Support with attending appointments, community activities, and social outings * Encourage independence and confidence in everyday life * Maintain professional boundaries while being warm and supportive About You * Kind, patient, and understanding – with a person-centred approach * Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently * Previous care experience or knowledge of brain injury support is desirable, but not essential (training provided) * Female applicants preferred, in line with the client’s personal care needs (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9) * Must already have an Enhanced DBS check on the update system * Must have up to date care training certificates What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate * Full training, including acquired brain injury awareness * Ongoing supervision and support * Opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life * Flexible shifts to suit both you and the client How to Apply If you are caring, motivated, and want to support someone to live with dignity and independence, we would love to hear from you. **Join Raynet Care and help transform everyday moments into meaningful support
