Domestic Gas Engineer – Glasgow | £36,000- £40,000 + Van + Benefits Location: Glasgow Sector: Facilities Management / Building Services / Maintenance The Role We’re working with a leading Facilities Management company that’s looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join their maintenance team in Glasgow. This is a mobile role carrying out servicing, breakdown, and maintenance work across a range of domestic and residential sites. The ideal candidate will also have strong plumbing skills, with the ability to carry out general maintenance tasks when required. Key Responsibilities * Carry out service, maintenance, and repair of domestic heating systems and appliances. * Diagnose and resolve boiler faults and breakdowns efficiently. * Complete PPM and reactive maintenance works across various domestic properties. * Undertake plumbing and general maintenance tasks as needed. * Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations and company safety procedures. * Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally. Skills & Experience Required * Domestic Gas Qualifications (ACS): CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 (essential). * Proven experience in domestic heating maintenance and fault-finding. * Competent in plumbing repairs and maintenance. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
