The Opportunity You will become part of a highly regarded team handling complex and contentious commercial property disputes. Key responsibilities include: Acting on disputes relating to commercial property, leases, and landlord-tenant matters Managing litigation, dispute resolution, and enforcement processes Advising on disposals, acquisitions, lease renewals, and general management issues such as licences to assign, alter, or sublet Collaborating with other professional advisors to achieve clients’ commercial objectivesCandidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with commercial property litigation experience Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law, leasehold disputes, and property-related litigation Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills Able to manage a varied caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team Commercially minded with a client-focused approachWhy This Role?
