What You'll Be Doing: Responding to inbound calls and warm leads from customers who've requested a call via the website (dealing with the renewal process for an insurance policy) Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution Handling queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring every interaction is a positive one Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, delivering a first-class experienceWhat We're Looking For: Experience telephone-based customer service or sales experience in a regulated, environment.
