This site-based role will support the development and implementation of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across the manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities Quality * Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 * Assist with internal and external audits and manage corrective actions * Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards * Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) * Develop and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions * Train staff on quality procedures and monitor compliance Health & Safety * Contribute to risk assessments and the implementation of Health & Safety policies * Perform safety inspections and support incident investigations * Ensure accurate safety reporting (e.g. RIDDOR) and maintain documentation * Coordinate toolbox talks and safety training * Promote a strong safety culture across the site Requirements * Degree or diploma in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar certification preferred (if the candidate does not already hold HSE certification, must demonstrate a willingness to attain it with the support of the Company) * Internal auditor certification (ISO 9001/ISO 45001) desirable * Experience in a QHSE role within a manufacturing or industrial environment * Strong knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and best practices * Proficient in Microsoft Office and QHSE software/tools Additional Information * Full-time, on-site role * PPE provided; must be worn when required * Occasional travel to other sites may be required
