What Night Care/Support Workers Do As a Night Carer, you’ll bring warmth and reassurance while others sleep. Your night will include: Providing personal care and hygiene support Assisting with mobility and comfort Offering companionship and reassurance Supporting with light household tasks Preparing simple meals and helping with feeding Encouraging gentle night-time wellbeing activities You’ll be at the heart of what makes our home feel like family. We Offer Night Care/Support Workers £13.35 per hour + £1.00 overtime premium Free DBS check and uniform Regular paid training – including Induction & NVQs Supportive management and a close-knit, family atmosphere Flexible shifts and the chance to make a genuine difference every night ‍⚕️ About You You’ll need at least 1 year’s experience in care, whether as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant, and a genuine passion for helping others live with dignity and compassion.
