Conveyancing Legal Secretary Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a leading Law firm based in Basingstoke working within their residential conveyancing department. This is a full-time, permanent position. Legal Secretary Responsibilities: - Daily liaison with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process - Assisting with file opening and closing processes - Drafting documents and correspondence - Preparing invoices, completion statements, financial statements and assisting with billing and payment process - Assisting the team with any administration duties - Taking new enquiries and sending out formal quotations to potential new clients. - Providing excellent customer service Legal Secretary Requirements: - Previous legal experience - Previous knowledge of residential conveyancing is essential - Strong administrative experience - Highly organised - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ambitious, enthusiastic and a team player Legal Secretary Package: - Negotiable salary depending on experience - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm with a 5pm finish on a Friday - Company pension scheme and group life assurance scheme - Day off for your birthday - Regular social events & running / walking clubs If you are interested in this Legal secretary role, please apply with an up to date CV or reach out to Jemma at Pertemps
