Fresh Food Manager Co. Leitrim Job Reference: VAC-13627 Hours - Full-time, 40 hours per week (Flexible) Annual Salary: €38,000.00 - €42,000.00 per year DOE Our client is operating multiple stores based in both Leitrim and also in Donegal and are seeking applicants for a key role. What You'll Do Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and provides our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times. To deliver on key store targets (sales and profitability) through effective management of people and operations. What You'll Bring Minimum 1 years' experience in a management position (either as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager); Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); Working knowledge of the CBE system is desirable; Strong knowledge and experience of reading and actioning reports; Previous experience with leading a team; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Good delegation skills; Highly driven with a strong work ethic; An understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets; Commerciality and brand awareness; Passion for grocery retail; Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
