Telemarketing role

Role – Telemarketer role Location – Thetford, Norfolk Working hours – Monday to Friday – Full time hours Capacity of role – Permanent Salary – £28,000 - £35,000 per annum OTE. Our client is looking to recruit for a number of commercial based applicants to join their busy and developing team. Applicants will have worked in a communicative based role and will have good computer skills and the ability to learn and develop new skills within the team. Main duties will include – • Making consistent outbound calls to warm leads, follow-ups from digital campaigns, and strategic cold calling. • Managing the complete sales journey: prospecting, following up, and closing sales through calls and emails • Collaborating with our digital marketing team to maximise lead conversion • Joining client meetings and prospect calls to represent their business professionally • Learning and adapting quickly to different client products and services • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular progress reports • Building lasting relationships that drive business growth Candidate attributes - • Minimum 2 years' experience in telemarketing or sales roles with regular calling responsibilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong comprehension skills with the ability to quickly learn and discuss various industry solutions as an expert • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems • UK driving licence and reliable transport (on-site parking provided) • Friendly and personable approach to relationship building Skills Required Sales, Customer service, Telemarketing, IT Literate, Microsoft office, Communication skills, Forward thinking, Attention to detail Keywords Sales, Customer service, Telemarketing, IT Literate, Microsoft office, Communication skills, Forward thinking, Attention to detail
