Multi Trader – North London Rate: £29 per hour (Umbrella) Contract: 3-Month Ongoing Start: ASAP We’re seeking  experienced Multi Traders to join our team, carrying out a variety of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and refurbishments across occupied and void housing properties and Council-owned premises in North London. You’ll deliver work to the highest professional standard across a range of trade disciplines — ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations and best practice. Key Responsibilities: Undertake routine reactive repairs and large-scale refurbishment projects Carry out building maintenance, renewals, and replacements across multiple trades Deliver occupational therapy adaptations in domestic properties Ensure all work meets current standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations Maintain high levels of customer service in occupied propertiesRequirements: Competent and experienced in at least four of the following trades: Plumbing Carpentry Plastering Electrical (Part P desirable) Tiling Painting & Decorating Gas Safe Proven ability to work to a high standard of quality and output Full UK driving licence preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsWhat’s on Offer: £29 per hour (Umbrella) 3-month ongoing contract with potential extension Varied and rewarding workload across North London Opportunity to join a reputable Council maintenance team
