Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Engineering Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Engineering Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Engineering Manager, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Engineering Manager, will be responsible for: * Managing and overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical systems on site * Managing the BMS, systems HV SCADA, Schneider, Lighting * Overseeing the permittance of subcontractors * Approving RAMS and issuing Sanctions to Isoalte. * Checking all PPM work, managing KPIs and SLAs * Carrying out operational and maintenance activities as directed by the Senior Operations Manager, conducting work in a safe and suitable manner.
