This role is designed for someone who thrives on creating transformation strategies from the ground up not just delivering predefined plans and who can bring fresh thinking to improve operations, performance, and scalability. The Head of Transformation will take ownership of designing and leading change initiatives that strengthen operational delivery, improve efficiency, and enable the business to adapt and grow in an evolving market. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, commercial insight, and a background in driving transformation within complex environments a background in retail or hospitality could be an advantage. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 2-3 days per week in a London based Head Office. Key responsibilities include: Transformation Leadership Create and lead transformation programmes that are aligned with long-term business strategy and market trends Identify operational challenges and opportunities, developing solutions that deliver measurable and lasting improvement Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility across the organisation Build and embed new processes, tools, and standards that enhance efficiency, control, and customer experience Operational Strategy & Excellence Lead strategic improvements across UK and international operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and strong execution Shape scalable operating models that support growth and drive service excellence Set clear standards for operational performance, sustainability, and service delivery across all business areas Commercial Impact & Performance Use data and insight to prioritise transformation activity and track ROI Develop commercially focused initiatives to reduce cost, improve store and site efficiency, and increase performance Partner with cross-functional teams to optimise resources, improve conversion, and elevate the customer journey Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement As Head of Transformation, serve as a senior advisor to the executive team, aligning transformation plans with company goals Influence senior stakeholders and build engagement at all levels of the organisation Lead and develop teams to embed new ways of working, supporting capability building and cultural alignment We're looking for someone with: Significant experience in a senior operations or transformation leadership role, ideally within a multi-site or international retail environment A proven ability to create and deliver transformation strategies with measurable outcomes A strong understanding of commercial levers, customer service models, and operational best practice Excellent strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Confidence working at both strategic and operational levels to deliver sustainable change This is a rare opportunity for a senior leader to step into a high-impact, visible role as Head of Transformation, where you'll shape the direction of the business and deliver change that matters.
