Contract Manager – M&E Building Services Location: Southeast / Central London Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Package The Role As Contract Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings. You’ll lead site teams, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with contract obligations, whilst driving service excellence and efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple commercial sites. * Manage delivery of M&E maintenance and facilities services. * Lead and support engineering teams, ensuring performance standards are met. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as main point of contact. * Monitor contract performance, budgets, and compliance with KPIs/SLAs. * Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance across all sites. * Identify opportunities for improvements and additional works. Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a Contract Manager within the FM / Building Services sector. * Strong technical knowledge and proof of qualifications within mechanical and/or electrical systems. * Excellent client-facing skills with a track record of building long-term relationships. * Commercially astute with strong financial and budget management skills. * Confident people manager with ability to motivate and lead site teams.
