Project Administrator - Chester (Hybrid Working) - 18 Months + JOB PURPOSE To deliver aspects of the project process, assist the project delivery team and provide support to the wider E&P organisation. This role will offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and the option to do 2 days from home. The hours will be either 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm but there is some flexibility around this if needed. TYPICAL / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Manage office building to ensure issues, maintenance and improvements associated with the office building are delivered to standards. To implement all departmental policies and procedures for the building. - Engage and assist Team leads with co-ordination of HR personal (interviews, on boarding, movements, reports, trackers) assists with implementation of all departmental policies and procedures. - Support budgetary control for E&P cost centres by preparing relevant information required by Finance. Identify data and reporting issues. - Manage and lead on ASW and CSW contract renewals within E&P organisation. Preparing for resource and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Support to the Programme Manager and Investment Manager with project reporting, co-ordination and Internal and external communications. - Preparing and leading the departmental overtime procedure for E&P. Including reporting to finance and resolving of issues for personnel. - Responsible for raising and managing Purchase Orders for all E&P cost centres. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and challenge financial data (e.g. actual cost information per month) - IT super user for the department to manage the assets and service requirements, coach team members, own issues to resolution and support with enabling IT projects / improvements. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - Proven administrative experience - Project administration experience and project lifecycle knowledge would be an advantage but not essential - SAP, Excel and Power BI knowledge would be an advantage, but again not essential - A flexible , calm and proactive approach to work - able to multi-task - Attention to detail - Integrity in dealing with sensitive information in a professional manner - Project delivery environment experience - Proven minute taking ability - Good secondary education to at least 5 GCSE's or above (to include Maths and English), or equivalent vocational qualifications - Excellent IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Project Administrator - Chester (Hybrid Working) - 18 Months
