FP&A Analyst

Description Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation. Collaborate with internal teams to monitor financial performance and variances. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and analyses as required. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Profile A successful FP&A professional should have: Graduate in Accounting and Finance (or similar) with a strong academic background Previous experience in Accounting desirable via Placement Year or Internships Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
