Description * Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking property strategy aligned with business goals. * Portfolio Management: Oversee acquisition, development, leasing, and maintenance of all properties. * Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis to maximise returns. * Team Development: Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team across Estates, Facilities, and Property Design. * Compliance & Risk: Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage risk across the portfolio. * Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with landlords, investors, government bodies, and partners. Profile The ideal candidate for this role will have: * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field (Master's or MRICS/CPM/CCIM preferred). * 10-15 years' experience in property management or development, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. * Proven success managing large, complex property portfolios. * Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking. * Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Deep understanding of property law, compliance, and sustainability standards.
