Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We’re seeking an ambitious and career-driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-growing health and social care recruitment venture in our new Ealing office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to kick-start a rewarding career in recruitment, with structured development and excellent earning potential. What You’ll Be Doing (0–6 Months): * Learn the full recruitment lifecycle through hands-on support and structured training * Source, screen, and interview candidates across the health and social care sector * Work closely with experienced consultants to fill live roles and support client accounts * Understand compliance requirements (DBS, Right to Work, etc.) * Earn commission from successful placements while developing your recruitment toolkit Progression Path (6–12 Months): * Begin managing your own client relationships and delivering to key accounts * Take ownership of the recruitment process from brief to placement * Develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant – combining sales, delivery, and account management * Opportunity to specialise in temporary or permanent staffing solutions within health and social care * Grow your desk with support from leadership and enjoy uncapped earning potential What We’re Looking For: * Recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for people and problem-solving * Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills * A motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow * Target-driven and commercially minded * Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, team-based environment What’s On Offer: * £27,000 – £30,000 base salary + OT £24,000 commission potential * Clear progression into a full 360 Consultant role * Ongoing mentorship and training * Quarterly and annual bonus scheme * Business car (based on progression/performance) * Health benefits package * Office-based in Ealing * Supportive and energetic team culture Apply now to launch your career in one of the UK’s most rewarding recruitment sectors – and build something meaningful from the ground up
