Service Advisor

We are currently advertising on behalf of a Successful Automotive Dealership, who are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Aberdeen area. Benefits: * Basic Salary up to £27,400 DOE * OTE up to c. £32,000 * Monday to Friday with Saturday rota as required * 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Company pension & life assurance * Discounted servicing, parts and vehicles * Cycle to work scheme and employee benefits platform * Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training Requirements: * A working experience within a Service Advisor role * The ability to upsell on service work and service plans * Customer Focused and an excellent communicator * Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software Duties: * Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle * Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems * Update Customers and Vehicle Records * Prepare and complete Invoices * Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed * Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the Customer Service Advisor role requires For your hard work our client is offering a salary of £27,400.
