Technical Operator

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Technical Operators to join a production team in a busy packing line environment. The role involves operating machinery, carrying out minor technical adjustments, and supporting the engineering team to maintain smooth production and consistent product quality.

• Operate packing line equipment to achieve daily production targets.
• Carry out minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality and line efficiency.
• Identify and, where trained, resolve minor technical and mechanical issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the engineering team.
• Support production teams during breakdowns by assisting with troubleshooting.
• Contribute to ongoing training and knowledge-sharing across the team.
• Operate as a production or machine operator when not carrying out technical tasks.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in line with safety, quality, and GMP standards.

• Experience in a production or packing environment.
• Basic mechanical and technical understanding.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical capability.
