Sea / Ocean Export Clerk Commutable from Redditch, Birmingham, Bromsgrove and Solihull c£30,000 plus benefits Monday – Friday The Role We are looking for an experienced Sea / Ocean Export Clerk to join our prestigious client who are a international freight forwarding company . You will be responsible for managing customer bookings, preparing export documentation, and ensuring shipments are handled smoothly and on time. Key Duties * Handle sea export bookings (LCL & FCL) * Prepare export documentation, entries, and bills of lading * Liaise with shipping lines, co-loaders, hauliers, and overseas offices * Update order management systems and monitor deliveries * Resolve customer queries and support day-to-day administration About You * Minimum 2 years’ experience in sea / ocean exports * Confident with bookings, documentation, and export processes * Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented * Strong communication skills and customer focus What We Offer * Competitive salary c£30,000 * Pension scheme * Modern office environment * Career progression opportunities If you have the export experience we’re looking for and want to join a supportive, international business, apply today!
