Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor – Super High-End Contractor – Central London Are you an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor ready to elevate your career in high-end construction? An exclusive opportunity has opened for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned contractor specialising in ultra-high-end residential and commercial projects across Central London. As Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will act as the commercial lead on prestigious schemes, working directly with the senior leadership team and reporting into the Operations Director. This role offers full lifecycle responsibility, from PCSA through delivery and aftercare, on projects that set the benchmark for quality in the sector. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the commercial management of M&E aspects on high-end projects, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to uncompromising quality standards. • Oversee M&E project phases from pre-construction through to completion, maintaining hands-on involvement to drive seamless execution. • Mentor and collaborate with junior M&E surveyors, fostering a supportive, high-performance environment. • Implement strict budget controls, prepare and review CVRs, and proactively manage risks to align with financial and operational targets. • Act as a primary commercial contact for clients, building strong relationships and supporting negotiations to deliver outstanding outcomes. Skills and Experience: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project M&E Quantity Surveyor, now ready to step into a senior role. • Expertise in cost control, team leadership, and full project lifecycle management. • Strong knowledge of major contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC). • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (MRICS preferred). • Track record of working on luxury residential or high-spec commercial schemes.
