HR Generalist, EMEA


We're looking for a confident and collaborative HR Generalist to support our EMEA operations from our Sheffield City Centre office. This is a hybrid, full-time role offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Client Details

As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in delivering HR services across multiple countries in the EMEA region. You'll work closely with local teams and leadership to ensure consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR support.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA offices
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Advise on employment law and HR policies across jurisdictions
  • Support performance management and employee relations
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate on global HR initiatives and projects

Profile

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role, with EMEA exposure
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation across multiple countries
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred

Job Offer

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Sheffield City Centre

Salary: Circa 30,000, depending on experience
