Job Title: Qualified Teacher – Primary or Secondary Location: Chelmsford, Essex Salary: £32,916 – £51,047 per annum (MPS/UPS) Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent (part-time considered) We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Teachers to join schools in Chelmsford. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to pupils’ needs. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. * Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community. * Contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum and wider activities. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Primary or Secondary specialism. * Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching. * Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners of all abilities. * Excellent classroom management and organisational skills. * Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
