Senior Structural Engineer

Senior Structural Engineer Southeast London Up to £75k DOE plus benefits & bonus We're working with a small but ambitious structural engineering practice (currently 3-4 engineers) who are looking to grow their team with a talented and driven Chartered Senior Structural Engineer. The practice has big aspirations and follows a clear philosophy; existing first, new only when necessary. As a result, around 75% of their work focuses on existing structures across a range of sectors including residential, fit-out & commercial and schools & healthcare. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing consultancy where you'll play a pivotal role in both project delivery and business growth. The role involves: Taking on the technical responsibility across most projects Running a small team and managing BIM staff and resources Delivering technically excellent work while building strong client relationships Balancing outward-facing responsibilities (clients, projects, business development) with inward-facing leadership (team management, mentoring, delivery)About you: Chartered (MICE or MIStructE) with 6+ years' experience Strong background in structural design and project delivery Experience within a London-based structural consultancy (preferred) Strong leadership and client-facing skills Ambitious, commercially aware, and eager to help shape a growing practiceWhat's on Offer Salary up to £75,000 Discretionary 10% bonus 25 days' holiday + bank holidays 5% pension contribution A chance to have a real influence within the firmTo be considered for this role please send your CV to Graham Ventham at Conrad Consulting
