Role: Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing (Reactive & Voids) Location: South London + Flexible Working Benefits: £38,000 – £42,000 + 26 Days Holiday, Pension & L&D Support Join a Leading Contractor in Social Housing Repairs Spencer & James are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support Senior Quantity Surveyor on one of London's highest profile Repairs & Void Maintenance contracts in South London. You’ll play a key role in managing commercial performance, overseeing a Commercial Assistant, and ensuring cost-effective delivery. What You’ll Be Doing: * Manage CVRs, VCRs & client applications * Track project costs, valuations & cash flow * Support final account settlements * Oversee subcontract procurement & valuations * Contribute to profit planning & reporting What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years as a Quantity Surveyor/ Assistant Quantity Surveyor in responsive/voids social housing maintenance sectior. * Strong knowledge of SOR codes & PPP/PPV contracts * Confident with cost reporting & subcontract management Ready for your next move?
