Procurement Coordinator

Procurement Coordinator Key Responsibilities * Raise and manage purchase orders in the Prophet ERP system * Liaise with growers to confirm volumes, varieties, and arrival dates * Maintain accurate load plans and arrivals data * Collaborate with logistics and planning to ensure strong stock visibility * Support pricing models, grower returns, and invoice processing * Contribute to process improvements across procurement systems Procurement Coordinator Key Requirements * Strong organisational skills with confidence working with numbers and data * Exposure to procurement, supply chain, or commercial support - ideally within Fresh Produce * Knowledge of ERP systems (Prophet experience is advantageous) * Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills * Proactive and collaborative, with a problem-solving mindset This is a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join a respected business known for its quality, integrity, and innovative approach to global supply.
