We're working with a leading, well-established business that is looking for a talented Collections Specialist to join their dynamic SME credit team. In this role, you'll manage your own portfolio of SME clients, handling collections via phone and email while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving invoice queries, producing statements, and providing accurate reports to management.
