Electrical Technician

We are seeking an apprentice-trained Electrical Craftsperson to join our client s team on a short-term basis, supporting key maintenance and operational work at their Immingham site.

This is a 3-month contract with an immediate start available.

The Role

You ll be part of a skilled engineering team, providing high-quality electrical maintenance and repair support across the site. Your focus will be on ensuring plant reliability, fault-finding, and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Electrical maintenance, inspection, and repair of plant and equipment
Fault-finding and troubleshooting to minimise downtime
Supporting operational targets while maintaining high safety standards
Recording work activities and maintaining accurate maintenance records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Recognised electrical apprenticeship (certificate evidence required)
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering
Previous experience in electrical maintenance and fault-finding, ideally within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
