Sales Manager


A specialist FMCG supplier is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join them as they move to the next level of growth and development within the business.

Reporting to the MD and leading a team of 6, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless customer experience. You will be a key player in transitioning the team from a reactive customer service model to a proactive, results-driven sales culture.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager Include:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a dedicated sales team, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
  • Sales Strategy: Work with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business objectives and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve productivity.
  • Communication: Act as a crucial link between the sales team and leadership, providing insights and ensuring clear communication across all departments.

This is an office based role.
