Job Title: Class 2 Driver – Customer Facing (Also suitable for a Class 1 Driver seeking a better work-life balance) Location: Snetterton Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £27,000 – £33,000+ DOE About Us We are a forward-thinking company with a strong focus on customer service and reliability. We are looking for an experienced Class 2 Lorry Driver to join our team on a permanent basis. The Role As part of our dedicated delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers across the East of England receive their deliveries safely, on time, and with outstanding service. This is a customer-facing role where professionalism and communication are just as important as driving skills. Main Duties * Deliveries to domestic and commercial properties across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and Essex * Representing and promoting the company brand to customers * Providing excellent customer service at every delivery * Liaising with the office team and completing all required paperwork * Maintaining a high standard of work and safety * Carrying out other duties as required Requirements * Valid Class 2 Licence – Essential * Current CPC & Digital Tacho cards – Essential * Good customer service skills – Essential * Ability to organise and manage time effectively – Essential * Forklift driving experience – Preferred Details & Benefits * Full-Time, Permanent position * Monday to Friday working pattern (early starts and late finishes may be required, shorter hours in the summer months but you’ll always be home every night) * No call-out rota – flexibility required only within core hours to meet customer needs * £28,000 – £34,000 per year DOE * Weekly pay * Training provided * Rewards for outstanding work * Company lorry, fuel cards, uniform, and PPE provided * Standard holiday entitlement & pension scheme * Career progression available for the right candidate
