Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer (Freelance, Part-Time, Remote) We are looking for a reliable and organised Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to support our recruitment operations on a flexible, part-time freelance basis. The role is remote and combines candidate engagement (around 60%) with administrative support (around 40%). You will be responsible for contacting and qualifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and handling ad-hoc recruitment admin tasks assigned by the Director. You’ll need your own laptop, but we will provide a company phone for all outbound calling. This role offers 12–16 hours per week, ideally spread across 3–4 days (approx. 4 hours per day), worked flexibly between 8AM and 6PM. Key Responsibilities * Call and email candidates to qualify them for live vacancies (using a company phone). * Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates. * Carry out ad-hoc recruitment administration tasks as directed by the Director. * Manage candidate communication promptly and professionally. * Use Microsoft Word and Outlook for correspondence and documentation. * Record time accurately via Hubstaff. * Submit invoices for hours worked on a freelance/self-employed basis. Requirements * Experience in recruitment administration or candidate resourcing. * Confident and professional on the phone when speaking with candidates. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Outlook. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions. * Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
