Consistent Hours: Work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Development: Support the General Manager and assist with the training and induction of new employees.Your Responsibilities As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll be a key part of the management team. Your tasks will include: Supervising and running services in the bar, restaurant, and coffee shop. Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional manner. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are met. Assisting with daily reporting, ordering, and stock-taking. Managing bookings for both the hotel and the restaurant.What We're Looking For We need a reliable and outgoing pub professional with a background in supervising a small team. You should have: A general understanding of service in a pub and coffee shop environment. Experience running busy shifts. The ability to take initiative and work unsupervised.
