Job Title: Estimators (Multiple Vacancies) – HS2 Project Location: London (Hybrid Working) Contract: Long-term Contract (inside IR35)  We are currently seeking experienced Estimators to join a leading consultancy working on the prestigious HS2 programme. These are multiple contract opportunities based in London with hybrid working arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure works packages within the HS2 programme. Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare accurate cost forecasts. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to support cost planning and value management. Ensure estimates are consistent with HS2 and client standards. Identify risks and opportunities to provide robust and transparent cost data. Requirements: Proven experience as an Estimator on major infrastructure projects (rail, highways, utilities, or similar). Strong knowledge of cost estimating methodologies and industry standards. Proficiency in cost estimating software and MS Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote collaboration.
