Senior Design Estimator

Our client creates unique sculptural lighting, furniture, and artworks for world-renowned interior designers, collectors, and private clients. They now seek a Senior Design Estimator to join their team, ensuring exceptional quality, profitability, and strong supplier relationships. Reporting to the Design & Estimating Manager, the Senior Design Estimator will be: * Researching and selecting best practice processes, materials, and suppliers * Preparing accurate quotations and RRPs for the Sales team * Collaborating with procurement, design, and production to deliver projects smoothly * Overseeing BOM accuracy, margins, and cost reviews * Supporting new product implementation and continuous improvement initiatives About You: * Strong experience in estimating, costing, and design within manufacturing (ideally interiors / luxury sector) * In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and costs * Skilled in ERP / estimating software and Microsoft Office * Analytical, detail-focused, and commercially aware * Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills * Ability to read CAD / technical drawings (advantage) What’s on Offer for the Senior Design Estimator: * £37k - £40k salary * 28 days' holiday (incl. bank holidays) + birthday off + bonus day after 1 year * Pension & company sick pay * Employee Assistance Programme * Training & development opportunities * Regular socials, fresh fruit & snacks If you’re an experienced estimator with a passion for high-end design and manufacturing, we’d love to hear from you.
