Description

As the Accounts and Payroll Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, addressing queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the purchase ledger, including processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements.
• Ensure accurate and efficient payment runs for suppliers.
• Assist in preparing payroll and purchase ledger reports for management review.
• Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to support month-end processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.
• Identify and implement process improvements within payroll and purchase ledger functions.

Profile

A successful Accounts and Payroll Specialist should have:

• Previous experience in payroll processing and purchase ledger management.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
