Pertemps are currently recruiting for a experienced Accounts Assistant to join our electronics manufacturing client based in Swindon, SN4.
- 6 month FTC with potential to become Permanent
- Up to 36,000 per annum
- Monday-Friday 37.5 hour working week
- Bank reconciliation, Matching and coding invoices
- Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices (AP and AR)
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve finance related issues
- AAT or equivalent relevant qualification
- Proven accounts assistant experience within the UK, ideally in a manufacturing facility
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and/or Oracle Hyperion
- Flexible, can do attitude towards work tasks
