What you'll be working towards

We are currently looking to engage with an experienced Service Blueprint Designer for an immediate start with a large Utilities company. This will be an initial 6 month contract, with extensions, and remote working with possible occasional travel to the Reading area once a week.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect with the following skills

• Proven experience as a Service Designer in complex or regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in customer journey mapping, as-is/to-be mapping, and blueprint creation.
• Experience designing services for finance or payment platforms is ideal
• Strong research skills, including qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain design rationale.
