Description

As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Process and manage customer orders with attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the team in meeting service level agreements and targets.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional customer service environment.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the life science industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
  • An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
