As a Sales Advisor in the property industry, you will play a key role in assisting customers throughout their property buying journey. Description

• Guide customers through the property purchasing process from initial enquiry to completion.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties and services.
• Maintain regular communication with potential buyers to address queries and build relationships.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Ensure the sales area is well-presented and fully stocked with marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure properties are ready for viewing or handover.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Profile

A successful Sales Advisor should have:

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role, any industry is welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining organised records.
• A genuine interest in the property market and sales processes.
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as required
