Early Years Practitioner

About the Role Link3 Recruitment is currently recruiting a permanent Early Years Educator / Practitioner (part-time or full-time) for our nursery based in SE21, London. This nursery is part of one of the world’s largest and most respected international nursery groups, offering outstanding early years education in a modern and inclusive setting. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and nurturing individual who is committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education for children aged 0–5 years. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Provide a warm, caring, and stimulating learning environment for all children Plan and lead engaging activities that promote learning through play Observe and track children’s development and maintain accurate records Work collaboratively with the team to uphold high standards of care and education Maintain effective communication with parents and carers Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding policies are consistently followed Candidate Requirements A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential) Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (desirable) Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development principles Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for early childhood education Apply Now If you’re a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Educator looking for a new opportunity with a highly regarded nursery, we would love to hear from you.
