We’re creating a new role that combines two critical areas of hiring: early careers and architecture recruitment. As Early Careers & Architecture TA Manager, you’ll lead the global strategy for graduate and early talent hiring across all disciplines — while also owning recruitment for architecture roles at every level. This is a unique opportunity to design and deliver a bold, future-focused early careers strategy with architecture at its core, and to drive world-class architecture recruitment across our global studios. What you’ll do: · Lead and scale early careers recruitment globally, expanding reach and building diverse talent pipelines. · Own architecture recruitment for all levels, partnering closely with studio leaders to shape hiring plans. · Build trusted relationships across studios and functions to ensure seamless recruitment delivery. · Develop and deepen partnerships with universities, design schools, industry bodies and talent platforms. · Harness employee advocacy and alumni engagement to connect with early talent communities. · Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure smooth onboarding and aligned pathways. · Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience that reflects our values. · Work with HR and Marketing to elevate employer branding and early careers campaigns. · Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes. Who you are: · A proven talent acquisition manager with deep expertise in early careers and architecture recruitment - ideally in creative or design industries. · Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and working in complex, matrixed environments. · Experience building and leading high-performing teams - with strong coaching, direction-setting, and delivery oversight. · A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and delivery-focused · Experienced in building diverse, inclusive talent pipelines and outstanding candidate experiences. · Strong project and programme manager, able to handle multiple priorities effectively. · Collaborative, confident and able to inspire trust from students to senior leaders. · Energised by fast-paced, creative environments where innovation drives success.
