Commercial Manager

COMMERCIAL MANAGER - NEC4 ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS (ECC)

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Defence Sector, who is seeking a Commercial Manager for an initial 12-month assignment.

Location: Hybrid working - Salisbury

The ideal candidates will have a proven Commercial Management background, with the following skills/experience:

• Extensive experience with NEC4 contracting, particularly Engineering Construction Contracts (ECC) and Professional Service Contracts (PSC).
• Experience in Commercial Management construction programmes within the Defence, Nuclear, or Central Government sectors.
• Comprehensive end-to-end procurement experience in the public sector.
• Familiarity with CCS procurement frameworks.
• Knowledge of Public Contract Regulations (PCR) and Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations (DSPCR).
• Understanding of the Procurement Act 2023.
• NEC4 accreditation and MCIPs or an equivalent qualification.
