This role will let you make a meaningful impact by providing dedicated one-to-one support within a nurturing primary school environment. Job Description As a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll deliver tailored support to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. Working closely with classroom teachers and the SENDCo, your role will involve adapting resources, implementing individual learning plans, and contributing to a calm, inclusive learning atmosphere where each child can thrive. Required Experience / Qualifications * Experience supporting children with SEND in a school or care setting * A proactive, caring, and patient approach * Strong communication and relationship‑building skills * A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential About the School This welcoming primary school in Kingsbury fosters an inclusive and supportive ethos.
