we are looking for a highly organised, professional, confident OD Adviser to join our the Organisational Development team at RBH.
As our OD Advisor you will you will provide support to both the OD Manager and OD Business partnersin ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment, training and OD initiatives across RBH. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and source suitable solutions, supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organisationalongside supporting the end to endrecruitment process.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to create and deliver engaging content to an audience both face to face and virtually.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organisational and project management abilities
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate learning sessions
Analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to develop engaging written and digital content
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with an LMS platform
