Water Treatment Technician / Plumber

Job Title: Water Treatment Technician / Plumber Location: County Durham Salary: £33,000 (including standby) + paid travel, van provided with fuel card, 1 in 4 callout Hours: 40 hour week (Monday - Friday) Role Overview: Support maintenance operations by delivering planned/reactive plumbing and water hygiene tasks across multiple sites. Responsibilities include water temperature monitoring, Legionella control (ACoP L8/HSG 274), plumbing repairs, installations, and minor fabric tasks. Use of PDAs and digital logbooks required. Participation in out-of-hours rota expected.
