A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is seeking an Electrical / AC Multiskilled Engineer in Surrey to enhance their team and deliver exceptional service across a range of commercial sites. Location: Mobile - Covering Surrey and surrounding areas including Bromley, Swanley, Croydon, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Redhill, Oxted, Merton, Orpington, Sidcup Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum + call-out + paid travel time + overtime (when available) Hours: 41.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm) Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role As the Electrical / AC Multiskilled Engineer, you’ll: • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on air conditioning and electrical systems. • Diagnose and resolve faults effectively to ensure minimal downtime across various locations. • Attend emergency call-outs as part of a rotating schedule, earning additional standby fees. • Document service reports and maintain accurate records through a handheld device. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and represent the company professionally. You To be successful in the role of Electrical / AC Multiskilled Engineer, you’ll bring: • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration with F-Gas certification. • Understanding of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations is preferred. • Experience in servicing and fault-finding within commercial air conditioning and electrical systems. • A valid UK driving licence and strong communication skills.
